RB Psychology offers a comprehensive expert witness services to the courts, based on formulation, psychological theory and relevant research. for the cou this involves medico-legal assessments, personal injury, mental capacity or child protection and parenting assessments.We abide by the Legal Aid guidelines for renumeration and fee structure, most cases are filed within 4 - 6 weeks from letter of instruction. However, the time frame can be agreed flexibly according to need.
